I’m super happy and excited to go back in the show “Day Day Up” this time as as an old friend sharing about my years as a teenager growing up. We all have our own pasts, and this time I will share some memories and stories from my childhood with you. I hope my stories can be helpful and bring encouragement. You are not alone!
In fact, it’s not easy to be vulnerable & open up and share about painful moments of my past, but it’s that past self that makes us who we are now, so I cherish my adolescence and I’m very grateful for everything I have experienced.
